Amazing food, service and views. The restaurant rotates so the view is always changing. 5 star experience

The serive was ok, but the food was great. Would have like to go during the dusk time fo see the sights better.

The experience the restaurant provides is great. Absolutely great views. My wife and I liked the food overall, but our steaks weren't great.

My wife and I have been to many different resturants but never as unique and fun as this one. 22 stories high on a pedestal while the tables only rotate around 360 degrees. Our server Micha did an awesome job taking care of us, the food was spectacular and the view left me speechless. So if your in the Florence Al. Area and want a very unique experience then you must eat at the 360 Grill.

Food was wonderful, service was also. Great veiws suggest getting there just in ti to see the sunset. Be prepared to drop some change though.

Went for the Valentines dinner. Food was excellent and great views from up there.

I loved it. I have a tendency to get nervous if I'm high up, yet it was so calming there that I had a great time! The food is amazing and the waiters are great. The view is also to die for!

The views are second to none around these parts. The rotating restaurant revolved one full circle during our meal. Not going to make you motion sick. The food was delicious albeit on the pricey side but the quality coupled with the overall experience justified the pricing. The servers were very friendly and professional. My only negative would be the 80's soap opera saxophone heavy playlist that bombarded our ears while we dined. All in all my wife and I would definitely return to this restaurant on a future visit.

Great view! Cold grilled shrimp. The steak cook got my medium-rare steak cooked to about well done and my dates medium-well steak was barely medium-rare... Closer to rare! And it took over an hour to get dinner on a very slow night for business. I certainly expected better, especially if you factor in the very high prices!! Dinner for 2. 1 with water and 1 with 1 beer, 1 appetizer and 2 steaks...over $100!! The server was nice but she couldn't overcome the disappointing kitchen staff. I do NOT recommend. Sorry 360 Grille, y'all need some better cooks.

My husband and I went on Thursday for an early Vday dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was less than mediocre. The steak was supposed to be medium. It was more med-rare. It stated it had a creole rub but was flavorless. The crab cake appetizer was very good but a small portion. Definitely not enough to share. The grilled corn salad that it describes on the menu consisted of 4 corn kernels on the plate and 2 cherry tomatoes. The dessert was our laugh of the night. The $10 chocolate torte/pie was a chocolate lined pie crust with a jello pudding/cool whip mix on top. It was very small. We each had 3 bites. But they put a pretty flower and strawberry on the plate😊 Not worth $80. If you plan to spend that on a meal I'd suggest Texas de Brazil, Connors, etc...

Drove 3 hours to eat for mine and my wife's anniversary only to be told they are booked . The website reserve button has never been on there site until we arrived . Dont waste your time try to attend unless your a millionaire your not welcome . Also read the comments most are from local guides not average ppl .

Very good steak and spectacular views...a little pricey but expected...very limited menu..Unexpected. Good for special occasions such as graduation.

Go here for the view, but don't expect much from the service or the food presentation. Nothing nefarious, but nothing impressive. Very romantic, but restaurant is showing its age. Still, the view is spectacular. Also, they have a nice variety of wines by the glass. A little pricey for the quality.

Amazing plates and dessert is outstanding. Be sure to have money for a nice meal and don't forget to tip your server for they are super patient with your table.

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our visit was 4th of July and it was in hopes to see fireworks. The view from up there was very nice, but not many fireworks to see. Will go back.

Best place for atmosphere within 100 miles. The food is good as well. For a special occasion worth the extra cash.

We had a fabulous time celebrating our anniversary. We arrived at 7pm in July and got to watch the sunset as we ate. It is such a unique and spectacular place in Florence. We will be returning again!

Ribeye was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and was extremely tender with great seasoning. Really cool view, too.

The greens and brussel sprouts are enough reason to go to the 360 Grille but the views, the steaks, and the service staff, are a reason to keep coming back. ps. Don't forget the creme brulee! It is the best that I have ever had outside of Paris!

Loved this place! View is awesome! Our waiter was great! I tried lamb for the first time and didn't like it so we didn't have to pay for it. Would recommend to anyone!!

Food is expensive but the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Great dining experience!! Our waiter Seth went above and beyond taking care of us. The food was awesome. They even have us a free dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary!!

I was taken here by my Husband to celebrate my Birthday and I have to be Honest, This was by far one of the BEST RESTAURANTS I’ve experienced in my life. The customer service was over the top. O’Reily was very helpful and Richard was phenomenal. We didn’t wait one second for a refill or to be assisted Oh, and did i mention that the food was AMAZING!!!!!!!!

The food is excellent, but I just don't know why the service is so poor. You're actually assigned a waiter who even has a helper, and still on two different occasions I had to stop someone from walking past my table without filling up my drink or even bother to ask if I needed anything. They're so slow, you always need something. I did however receive much better service when I dined with a group rather than when I dined solo, which tells me they're only interested in the tip. How could they possibly know that this solo diner tips better than a lot of groups. I did have on one occasion an outstanding waiter. All in all your better off hanging out at Swamper's downstairs where the service is much much better and the kitchen rocks too. Go to 360 for the view and just to say you went.
